The two bedroom nature house, for up to 5 persons, is located close to the seafront in the bay of St. Ante, on the island of Pasman. This holiday house is accessible by car, on a distance of about cca. 150 m, to the bay of St. Ante, on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, that can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. Ferry tickets are not included in the price. Minimum stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday only.

The house is bookable all year through, but water can only get heated on the stove, and a winter rental includes additional costs for heating materials. The two bedrooms are both equipped with double beds and there is a single bed in the attic. In the kitchen there is a fridge with a freezer compartment, a stove on gas with 4 burners and an oven. A barbecue and an outdoor shower are located in front of the house. There is a sunshade on the terrace. Sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available. Kindly note that it is not accepted to bring pets to this house.

Guests may have WiFi internet in the house with a purchase of a prepaid SIM-card that costs around EUR 11 for a week of flat rate internet (a mobile phone with this SIM card will work as a hot spot).

The fresh water tank has a capacity of 30 000 l. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V, but no household appliancies may be used except of battery rechargers and lights. Running cold water is installed in the kitchen and the bathroom. For the outdoor shower, the water warms up by the warmth of the sun. The water and the electricity should be spent here sparingly. Considering that the water is staying in the tank in hot weather, it is recommend to boil it before drinking, or to buy bottled drinking water.

Bed linen are included. Bathroom towels are included, fresh will arrive once a week together with the bed linen. Beach towels are not available, please bring your own. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. There is the possibility to rent a motorboat (on request, and provided that the guest owns an acknowledged boat driver´s license).

Guests are advised to check in during the morning till early afternoon at our partner agency, because the arrival to the house may be inconvenient at night, and even impossible after the last ferry sailed out. After the check-in in partner agency, guests travel to the island
