The water from the tank is fine as it is, for cooking and washing. Electricity is generated by solar power, 220 V. Please do not bring and use no own household appliances except of battery rechargers. We recommend to the guests to bring their mobile phone, so that they could contact us in case of need. The sockets in the house are fit for a standard plug, so the guests may recharge their mobile phones in the house, with their own standard household recharger.

Boat berth is available without further charges in front of the house. This holiday house is accessible by car on a makeshift and somewhat coarse (gravel / earth) road over the hill, which can be affected by weather conditions. These roads are passable for a regular car, with slow and careful driving. The island of Pašman is very close to the mainland - only 15min with the ferry.
This island is a great destination for all water sports lovers. Additionally, there are walking, cycling and trekking trails there, approachable directly from this nature house, along which various kinds of Mediterranean healing and aromatic herbs can be found - perfect for all nature enthusiasts.

Pašman is an island in the Zadar archipelago, located between Zadar and Biograd. The current in the Pašman channel changes direction every 6 hours making the sea there the cleanest in the Adriatic. The Illyrian towns, remains of towers, archaeological sites from the Roman times, the villa rustica, the mosaics and many other historical monuments demonstrate the historical wealth of the island.
Many types of medicinal and aromatic plants enrich the island with their scents, and the underwater world jealously guards all types of shellfish and fish of the Croatian Adriatic. The island has a rich tourist offer: apartments, holiday homes, pensions, caravan campsites, inns and restaurants where you must try some of the seafood and products grown on the local fields of the ecological healthy island of Pašman.
