Balkon domu nabízí výhled na moře a staré centrum Bibinje. Celý dům a dvůr jsou k dispozici výhradně hostům a nachází se velmi blízko moře a pláže. V domě (přízemí a patro) jsou 4 ložnice - 2 pokoje s manželskou postelí, 1 pokoj se 2 samostatnými lůžky a 1 pokoj s jedním lůžkem. V obývacím pokoji je pohovka (rozložitelná na 140×200 pro jednu osobu). Dále je v přízemí domu kuchyně s jídelnou, 2 koupelny a samostatné WC, WIFI, klimatizace, dva balkony v 1. patře domu a prostorný dvůr v přízemí.

Zadar is an ancient Mediterranean port city. The old town, surrounded by walls and towers on a peninsula, with a new, urban part is connected by a bridge, a symbol of the city.
