This place is truly magical. You feel like at home. There is natural shade and lots of greenery. Rooms are connected by a balcony, place ideal also for a multi-generational family. The beach and the main promenade are 10 minutes away on foot, along the way there are groceries where you can find everything you need. There are also plenty of restaurants around. The landlady is very nice, accommodating and helpful. The overall impression of the vacation in this place is excellent! <3
Appartamento non troppo recente ma ben tenuto, manca il bidet, le stanze sono orientate bene e rimangono abbastanza fresche sia di giorno sia di notte; più che sufficiente la dotazione in cucina (unico neo la mancanza della teglia nel forno). La proprietaria si è dimostrata disponibile, cortese e discreta. Posto auto utilissimo, all'ombra e spazioso. La posizione della casa non è troppo distante dal porto e relativo centro di Malinska ma è strategica per arrivare a piedi alla Chiesa, ad alcune Konobe (ristoranti, consigliati Bracera e Popaye) , alla Pekara (panetteria) e alla spiaggia Rupa (niente d che). Abbiamo utilizzata spesso la macchina sia per andare ai supermercati (Plodine, TrgovinaKrk e Tommy) comunque non lontani sia per visitare altre spiagge e baie incantevoli sulle varie sponde dell'isola (tutte a meno di 40 minuti di auto dalla casa, anche con tratti sterrati). Nel complesso pienamente soddisfacente. :inlove:

Das Apartment ist sehr groß, geräumig und sauber. Ein Vorteil ist es, dass man über den Balkon in alle drei Zimmer gehen kann. Des Weiteren hat vom Balkon direkte Sicht auf das Meer. Man hat die Möglich den Hauseigenen Grill zum grillen zu nutzen, sowie überdacht im Garten auf einem großen Tisch zu essen. In der Küche ist alles was man im Urlaub nur brauchen könnte. Von einer Spülmaschine, einem Backofen, ein Wasserkocher, eine Mikrowelle, großer Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine. Besteck, sowie Töpfe und Pfannen sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Lacken und Kissen sind bei der Ankunft bezogen, die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr komfortabel. Einmal in der Woche wird von der Besitzerin Bett Lacken und Kissenbezüge gewechselt. Über eine Außen Wendeltreppe gelangt man in das Apartment (separater Eingang). Privatsphäre ist somit auf jeden Fall gegeben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Problemen oder Fragen kann man immer auf sie zukommen und einem wird dann auch sofort geholfen. Sie kann ein wenig Deutsch sprechen, dafür ziemlich gut Englisch. Als Schlusswort, kann ich diese Unterkunft nur sehr empfehlen. Die Lage ist perfekt, zum Strand ist es auch nicht sehr weit. Da man recht nah am Zentrum wohnt, hat man hier ebenfalls keinen langen Weg, jedoch trotzdem seine Ruhe. :hihi:
Simply the best place I've ever booked ! Very nice apartment, with everything in it, in a good place, near the center of Malinska and a very kind and helpful owner ! She also recommended a boat tour to Pag and Rab islands, which tour was awesome, maybe the best day for us in Croatia ! Also Krk island is beautiful,and Baska beach is around 20 minutes from you. I highly recommend this place ! <3
