Where to begin when reviewing this apartment and this host. We will start from the beginning. The first thing that happened when we arrived was the host wanting us to pay more money then the booking said. He referred to some text he might well have written himself. Our booking clearly said that no other fees should be payed and that tourist tax was included so we refused to pay of course. The apartment itself was very tiny and had very low standard. The toilet wasn’t cleaned, there were shit left in the toilet seat. The drain in the shower was clogged so that the shower was over flooded immediately. We pointed this out to him and he said it was nothing and that he fixed it which he didn’t. He didn’t supply with toilet paper which according to Adriatic.hr he is obliged to. We contacted Adriatic.hr who contacted him but he refused to do anything. When the family we travelled with, who rented a great apartment 50 m away from ours was visiting our apartment for 30 min our host immediately pointed out No visitors allowed. After that he stayed in the apartment above ours for the whole week spying on us which felt really uncomfortable. This guy obviously shouldn’t be in the tourist business or working with people at all cause he only cares about getting his money. I almost forgot, we were supposed to pay 234.5 euros bit he refused coins so we had to pay last euros in Kuna instead. Shows a bit of his character. We felt the need to write this so that we could warn everyone from booking this place.
