S letoviskem spokojenost, uroven služeb dle očekávání, škoda jen, že v těsné blízkosti byl vstup do moře jen po skalách, kamenech nebo po žebříku.

Chování majitele bylo vynikající, ani jsme o něm nevěděli, ale když bylo potřeba tak byl hned po ruce, vstřícný a ochotný,

Ubytování bylo skvělé, čistota na jedničku, vybavení standartní. V horkých dnech by se hodila klimatizace, ale v nabídce bylo uvedeno že není, takže rozdíly mezi informacemi nebyli žádné.

Ubytovanie útulné a bezbarierové, klimatizácia by bola prínosom - boli veľké horúčavy, krb bol v ponuke ,ale v skutočnosti nebol

Průzračná, čistá a teplá voda, pláže lemovány piniemi, nedotčená příroda, zpěv cikád, klidné a volné pláže, vhodné pro klienty, kteří vyhledávají polosamotu až samotu. Na pláži, která je cca 40 m od objektu jsme byli skoro pořád sami, což bylo i naše přání. Naprosto splnilo naše očekávání, dokonce je i předčilo.

Velice milí, ochotní a vstřícní lidé, domluva v českém jazyce, bezproblémová komunikace. Služby plněny dle rozpisu, nadstandartní denní dodávka ovoce z vlastní zahrady. Ještě jednou moc majitelům děkujeme a rádi doporučujeme.

Naprosto dostačující a vybavený objekt,k objektu patří i částečně zastřešená terasa, vlastní vstup na terasu a do objektu, informace odpovídají webu, jen foto objektu pokročilo do další fázi výstavby.

Z hlediska pobytu u moře jsme nalezli v lokalitě to, co jsme očekávali a byli jsme spokojeni.Vzdálenost od moře několik desítek metrů po pohodlné cestě. I v plné sezóně jsme byli u moře sami. Klid a pohoda.

Majitel bydlí v objektu, velmi tichý, přátelský, prakticky jsme o něm nevěděli. Výměna prádla proběhla v avizovaných termínech. Jiné služby nebyly domluveny. Zajistil možnost uvázání motorového člunu a umožnil jeho umytí ve sladké vodě před odjezdem.

Z uvedených fotografií mohl mít zájemce pocit, že je z apartmánu pohled na moře, což se nakonec ukázalo jako mylné. Vybavení kuchyně bylo zcela postačující. Appartmán byl bez klimatizace, což bylo avizováno.Nebyl však k dispozici ani ventilátor, větrání pouze jedním oknem bylo problematické. Vybavení celkově velmi jednoduché, ale postačující.Objekt je ve stavu rozestavění, na terase nebyla dlažba, jen podkladní beton.

With its life connected to stone and the stone trade, this easternmost municipality of Brač is decorated by houses built in white stone out of which many palaces in Dalmatia and Venice were also constructed.
Selca is dominated by an enormous neo-Roman parish church, as well as an open air gallery of busts and statues (a memorial to the Russian author Leo Tolstoy, the German politician Hans Dietrich Genscher, Pope John Paul II and a series of others). In the parish church there is a sculpture of the heart of Jesus, made by the famous sculptor Ivan Meštrović.
Near Selca, a series of hamlets form a collection of living miniature shepherd villages on the island of Brač. The ideal of this former shepherd region has not crumbled under the spirit of modern times.
The tourist village of Puntinak near Selca is a series of beautiful stone houses with comfortable apartments, right by the sea shore.
Island Brač
The island of Brač is the highest and third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The island is well known for its quality stone used to build many palaces. This is the island with the only stone mason school in Croatia.
