Ubytovanie bolo v poriadku, aj komunikácia s majiteľom.

Keďže naša dovolenka bola typu robinson, nemali sme veľké očakávania. V podstate bolo všetko v poriadku, len prúd vody v sprche v kúpeľni a v kuchynskom dreze mohol byť trošku silnejší. Voda tiekla len véééľmi slabým prúdom - ,,cícerkom", čo bolo dosť obmedzujúce. Chápem, že klimatizácia by mohla byť vzhľadom k spotrebe elektriny problém, ale bola by veľmi vhodná. Taktiež siete na okná proti komárom. Výhľad na more z terasy už akosi zarástol olivovníkmi ????????????

K pláži se chodilo přes zamykací branku, protože tam jezdilo spoustu cizích lidí a chodili by přes pozemek hned vedle domu. To nebylo příjemné. Na pláži celkově každý den mnoho lidí. Není to žádná soukromá pláž nebo samota.

Na Chorvatsko to ještě ušlo, ale čisté to rozhodně nebylo. Pátý člen rodiny spal na rozkládací pohovce a ta byla špinavá a vrzala. Prostě provizorium. Ocenila bych také sítě do oken. A více stínu na hlavní terase, je tam sice pergola, ale přes den dosahuje slunce až k domu. Výborná je venkovní sprcha. Jinak vše fungovalo, jak mělo.

Dovolenou jsme si moc užili, vše bylo tak jak jsme očekávali.

s panem Jimmi jsme se viděli jen na konci dovolené při předání klíčů a během dovolené nám donesl salát z chobotnice

Při příjezdu nebyla nachystaná 5. postel pro jednoho z nás, nádobí bylo lehce upatlané ale jinak vybavení odpovídalo popisu na webu.

Pláž byla krásná a na to, že jsme zde byli v letním termínu nebyla ani nijak přeplněná. A to ani o víkendech. Do civilizace relativně daleko, ale chtěli jsme samotu, takže to není výtka. Bol 10km po makadamové cestě, normálním autem nedoporučujeme jezdit. Lepší a samozřejmě mnohem delší je objet vnitrozemím.

V zásadě jsme byli spokojeni, i když majitel na zprávy nereagoval. Nakonec bylo možné se vždy domluvit.

Čistota samotného objektu v pořádku, jen kuchyně a nádobí v kuchyni by mohlo být čistší. Otázka je, do jaké míry je to záležitost majitele/hostů, kteří zde byli před námi.

Jedna z najpiękniejszych plaż na Bracu i w Chorwacji w ogóle. Ogromne znaczenie ma także fakt, że nie jest zatłoczona.

Właściciel nie odpisuje na wiadomości tekstowe, aczkolwiek reaguje na zgłaszane problemy

W porównaniu z ubiegłym rokiem widać oznaki zużycia wyposażenia: brak ściennych uchwytów do okiennic (zamiast nich kamienie), rozpadające się i niedające się otworzyć szuflady w meblach, uszkodzony (wygięty) stelaż pod materac (podparty kawałkami drewna!), niezbyt czyste obicie sofy na tarasie, uszkodzone leżaki i krzesła. Czasami stanowią zagrożenie dla gości, jak np. wyrwane ze ściany i niezabezpieczone gniazdo elektryczne. Konieczne jest większe zaangażowanie gospodarza w bieżące utrzymanie obiektu i naprawy.
