Cancellation Fee Insurance
This is insurance for costs incurred by paying cancellation fees for an unfulfilled trip or accommodation at a travel agency.
If you cannot participate in accommodation/trip for the reasons stated here, the insurance company will reimburse you up to 80% of the cancellation fee that will be charged for canceling your trip/stay. zde uvedených důvodů
Insurance is not for canceling a trip just because the client decides not to go.

You buy a stay/trip worth 1,000 € for one person. Fourteen days before departure, you have an accident and know you won't go. Contact our travel agency immediately and cancel your stay/trip. According to general terms, in case of withdrawal from the contract 14 days before the start of services, the withdrawal fee is 75% of the total price of the stay/trip in the contract. You will be invoiced a cancellation fee of 750 €. Report the insurance claim to the insurance company immediately. Based on a medical report and confirmation of cancellation fee payment, the insurance company will refund 80% of the cancellation fee, i.e., 600 €. In this case, you lose only 150 € instead of 750 €. The travel agency will issue a confirmation of cancellation fee payment of 750 €.

Directly in the booking form, after selecting your stay/trip, insurance will be automatically offered. Choose suitable insurance. Order travel insurance right when booking your holiday.
Trip/stay cancellation insurance can be purchased at the latest by the day when the price of the stay/trip is (or should be) paid. Later it's not possible (the insurance company would evaluate such action as fraud).
For claim recognition and insurance benefit payment, you are obligated to
- 1Immediately cancel the ordered stay/trip with our travel agency.
