To get to this House you can go by ferry from Zadar to Preko or from Biograd to Tkon. When you get off the main road there is a macadam road 6 km long which can be passed in about 15 - 20 minutes. The house is surrounded by greenery that will ease the summer heat. The water is from the water tank. It is potable but we recommend to buy bottled drinking water. The 220V energy is gained through solar cells and serves for small consumers. The beach is 400m away and there is a small bay there for smaller boats up to 5 m. The berth is included in the price. There is a hot water in the house all year and it is also equipped with mosquito nets.

Today there are about 180 inhabitants. Ražanj owes its tourist popularity to the atmosphere of a calm environment, natural beaches and clear blue sea.
Pašman is an island in the Zadar archipelago, located between Zadar and Biograd. The current in the Pašman channel changes direction every 6 hours making the sea there the cleanest in the Adriatic. The Illyrian towns, remains of towers, archaeological sites from the Roman times, the villa rustica, the mosaics and many other historical monuments demonstrate the historical wealth of the island.
Many types of medicinal and aromatic plants enrich the island with their scents, and the underwater world jealously guards all types of shellfish and fish of the Croatian Adriatic. The island has a rich tourist offer: apartments, holiday homes, pensions, caravan campsites, inns and restaurants where you must try some of the seafood and products grown on the local fields of the ecological healthy island of Pašman.
