You can arrive on the island of Pasman by ferry from Zadar to Preko (Preko is on the island of Ugljan, which is connected by bridge to Pasman) or from Biograd to Tkon. It is possible to reach the house by car, and parking is provided. A smaller part of the road (about 1km) is a macadam road.
The water is from the water tank. It is a potable, but we recommend bottled drinking water. The 220V energy is gained through solar cells and serves for small consumers. Electricity and water need to be rationally consumed.
If you are coming by boat, please let us know so we can arrange for you the berth in the port located 100 m from the accommodation. We have a small boat that you can rent.
Enjoy the terrace looking at the sea and the National Park Kornati or enjoy on the sundecks waiting for you to make your stay as enjoyable. In the offer of the house free internet and television are included .

Místo splnilo naše očekávání, tedy klid, soukromí, minimum lidí na pláži. Nejde sice o úplnou samotu, v okolí je několik dalších nevelkých ubytovacích objektů, ale kromě hostů z nejbližších dvou domů jsme se prakticky s nikým nevídali. Poslední část příjezdové komunikace (cca 5 km) má převážně hrubý betonový nebo štěrkový povrch, je bez problémů sjízdná běžným automobilem. Cesta je úzká (na 1 vozidlo) s občasným rozšířením na vyhýbání, ale provoz je minimální. Kvalita cesty byla oproti informacím na webu spíše příjemným překvapením. Pláž přímo pod domem (cca 20m) je čistá, tvoří jí několik menších "oblázkových" míst oddělených od sebe kamenitým břehem. Oceňuji dostatečné soukromí.

Majitel byl příjemný, ochotný, plně respektoval naše soukromí a v podstatě jsme se viděli jen při příjezdu a pak po týdnu při výměně ručníků a ložního prádla. Bezproblémová komunikace v angličtině.

Dům byl uklizený a čistý, standardně jednoduše vybavený. S elektřinou (fotovoltaické panely s bateriemi a měničem na 230V) nebyl žádný problém, vše fungovalo jak má. Voda v domě je čerpána z cisterny a je jí dostatek. V kuchyni i v koupelně však teče jen studená (což nebylo na webu uvedeno), proto jsme převážně využívali venkovní solární sprchu, kde přes den (za slunečného počasí) teplá voda tekla. Oproti obrázkům na webu je na terase kvalitnější venkovní nábytek (stůl a křesla).

Pasman Island
Pašman is an island in the Zadar archipelago, located between Zadar and Biograd. The current in the Pašman channel changes direction every 6 hours making the sea there the cleanest in the Adriatic. The Illyrian towns, remains of towers, archaeological sites from the Roman times, the villa rustica, the mosaics and many other historical monuments demonstrate the historical wealth of the island.
Many types of medicinal and aromatic plants enrich the island with their scents, and the underwater world jealously guards all types of shellfish and fish of the Croatian Adriatic. The island has a rich tourist offer: apartments, holiday homes, pensions, caravan campsites, inns and restaurants where you must try some of the seafood and products grown on the local fields of the ecological healthy island of Pašman.
