House is located in the bay of Zuborovica on the island of Pašman, together with only 3 more houses. The neighboring house is only a few meters away but is separated by a high wall which ensures your privacy.
Zuborovica bay, where this house is located, can be reached by car on a local improvised road. These improvised roads can be significantly damaged due to bad weather (rain, hail, wind), and are not suitable for low cars, so we recommend careful and slow driving. 100 m from the house there is a beautiful sandy beach.
There is a toilet in the house, but there is no shower. You can use an outdoor shower for showering. You can reach the house by car but pay attention it is a macadam road. On your way to the house we recommend that you stop for a while at the top of the hill and enjoy a breathtaking view on the islands of the National Park Kornati.
Electricity (220V) and water need to be rationally used. Electricity is solar powered. Therefore please do not use other electric devices, but the cell phone battery chargers. Bottled water for drinking can be bought in one of the nearby stores. You can come to the island of Pašman by ferry from Biograd to Tkon, the ride takes around 15 minutes

Pasman Island
Pašman is an island in the Zadar archipelago, located between Zadar and Biograd. The current in the Pašman channel changes direction every 6 hours making the sea there the cleanest in the Adriatic. The Illyrian towns, remains of towers, archaeological sites from the Roman times, the villa rustica, the mosaics and many other historical monuments demonstrate the historical wealth of the island.
Many types of medicinal and aromatic plants enrich the island with their scents, and the underwater world jealously guards all types of shellfish and fish of the Croatian Adriatic. The island has a rich tourist offer: apartments, holiday homes, pensions, caravan campsites, inns and restaurants where you must try some of the seafood and products grown on the local fields of the ecological healthy island of Pašman.
