Vše v pořádku,pláže byly nakonec nejlepší u našeho komplexu.

Majitele jsme sice nepotkali,ale personál maximálně vstřícný.

Ubytování dobré,vybavení starší,ale vše čisté a udržované.

Šlo o ubytování v komplexu Polynesya. Apartmán asi za zenitem. Vnitřní vybavení již docela zastaralé a neopravované. Ucpané odpady. Po nahlášení ihned v rámci možností opravené. Nešly zamknout dveře od terasy do pokje, zalomený klíč, nešly zaaretovat okenice atd. Při venkovním dešti nešlo vyjít ven z pokoje, protože neodtékala voda a na chdníku před domem bylo asi 20 cm vody, která odtékala asi 1/2 hodiny. Je vidět, že je to docela vybydlené. Ale nečekali jsme komfort. Jinak pěkná dvolená. Je to náš názor a myslím , že by lidé měli vědět do čeho jedou !!!! Děkuji

Byli jsme na tomto místě před 7 lety a pláže i přístup do moře se zlepšily

Nevím zda jsme potkali majitele objektu, ale měli jsme v objektu vše, co jsme potřebovali.

Myslím si, že informace o apartmánu souhlasily se skutečností.

Navštívili sme Umag, boli sme veľmi spokojní. Avšak vo veľkej miere k tomu prispel fakt, že sme boli až v druhej polovici septembra, teda po sezóne, keď už nebolo veľa návštevníkov, čo sa určite pozitívne odrazilo na čistote pláží i celého prostredia.

Objekt nemal majiteľa, boli sme v hoteli. Správanie pracovníkov bolo primerané, nie nadštandardné. Využívali sme i službu polpenzie, tam bolo všetko skvelé.

Myslím, že fotky na webe vypovedajú o objekte a jeho zariadení pravdivo. Kvalita vybavenia izby vysoká, izby boli čisté, novo zariadené, nebolo čo vytknúť.Avšak za celý čas sme nemali izbu upratanú , iba nám vymenili uteráky, preto som udelila iba 3 body.
