Paradise Villa resort located on the sunny hilside to the east side of the island of Brač in the small village of Splitska with a total of 15 properties, and 6 of them rented since 2016. Surrounded by Mediterranean, olive trees and a coniferous forest on the edge of the village, so you can enjoy the peace and nature in detail. With a 5-10 minute walk you can reach the beach, restaurant, centre of Splitska, a small supermarket and other offers. The port of Supetar is 6km away. In this tourist center you will find many offers for the young and the old as well as many shops, large supermarkets, a pedestrian mile and numerous leisure activities. Ferries depart from Supetar for Split every hour allowing you to reach the mainland within 50 minutes and experience the famous Old Town of Split with the UNESCO protected world heritage site. On the south side of the island of Brač, about 30 km from Splitska is the touritst centre of Bol with the most famous beach on the whole Adriatic coast whose shape is constantly changed with the flowing winds. The fully air-conditioned villa 3/4 is located in the middle of the resort and extends over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa set and entertainment. The two sofas can be folded out into beds for a total of 2 x 2 persons = 4 persons. The separate dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen have an extra couch below the stairs which can also be moved out with 2 more beds. Dining table and kitchen are separated with a bar and stools. On the wall is an flat screen to watch TV when attached. SAT TV, CD player and Wlan Internet throughout the house complete the technical offer of the villa. On the ground floor there is a guest WC and an inner staircase. Around the whole living area, several doors open to the terrace and garden. Here you can enjoy the food outdoors, protected from the sun by a pergola. Next to it is the pool (about 8x3m) with deck chairs (sunbaths) for relaxation. Mediterranean plants give the place a pleasant smell especially in the morning. The villas at the resort are built in a way so that the terraces with gardens are arranged so that they are separated from the view. So each object has a high intimacy and relaxation potential in the garden. Upstairs there are 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2xDWC, 1xBWC). Each double bedroom is equipped with queen-size beds and a large wardrobe. From the hallway you reach the large balcony where you can also relax. Via the inner staircase one reaches the spacious roof terrace which offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the surrounding area.
