The apartment is near a small beach and you can use many services nearby.

The owner was nice to us but you can see that he wanted to earn as much as possible on the guests at a cheap cost. The apartment is neglected, there is a cliché on the ceiling covered with mold in places, there was not even a curtain in the shower and you had to be crouching in order not to splash all over the bathroom.

The facility was very poorly equipped, there was not even a kettle to boil water. Water for tea had to be boiled in pots. There was also no microwave, oven, hair dryer and many other basic things on the property. Besides, the apartment was dirty (dusty shelves and cobwebs on the walls). It was so hot in the apartment that it was unbearable. In order to cool down a bit, in the evening we opened the balcony window in which there was no mosquito net and our children were terribly bitten by mosquitoes. In addition, we had various bugs and insects in the apartment, such as a scorpion, a gecko and some strange bugs in the shower. We do not recommend this apartment.

výborně půjčil nám pepř a dal nám okurku a čokoládu dětem, ale my také přivezli uvitaci dárky:-)

V letovisku jsme byli již po třetí a naprostá spokojenost.Určitě vyrazíme znovu. Pláže jsou klidné a čisté s možnostmi různých sportovních aktivit.

Majitel objektu je starší pán, s domluvou nebyl žádný problém,pán je ochotný a vzhledem k tomu, že jsme tam byli již po třetí,už si nás pamatuje.

Ubytování odpovídá ceně. Rozhodně je tam čisto. V průběhu dovolené nám byly přeneseny lůžkoviny i ručníky na výměnu.Mezi informacemi a skutečností nevidím rozdíl. Samozřejmě vzhledem k ceně to není pro náročnější zákazníky, ale na přespání a lehké vaření stačí.Jen by to chtělo trosku silnější WiFi.

Malá rybářská vesnička, co člověk potřebuje, zajistí si. Je tam obchod, pekárna, zelenina, suvenýry, lekárna 1,5 km

Location Details
Sumartin
Sumartin is the youngest fishermen's village and ferry port on island Brač. There is the Museum of the monastery of fra Andrija Kacic - Miosic which has worthy paintings (among them especially the early baroque Last Supper/ Posljednja vecera from the second half of the 17th century). The documents written in Bosančica from the period of 1665 - 1755 are valuable, too. The village set in the vicinity of big quarries, used the stone for the paving of lanes, for the dents on the house walls. Near cemetry of Sumartin there are two nice pebble beaches.
Island Brač
The island of Brač is the highest and third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The island is well known for its quality stone used to build many palaces. This is the island with the only stone mason school in Croatia.
