Majitelé skvělí lidé, takových víc???????????? Vstřícní, ochotni, poradili, pomohli...(ne jak u nás). Rádi se zase vrátíme... I do krásné rybářské vesničky Sumartin ❤️

Vše bylo v pořádku, čisté, vybavené. Přesně podle obrázků.

Sumartin je malé líné rybářské městečko, žádný bujarý noční život, přesně to, co jsme potřebovali. Pláží je spousta v různých zátokách, více i méně vzdálených, záleží jen na chuti cestovat a na "plážovém vkusu ".

Byli jsme nadšení! Majitelé jsou fantastičtí, pohostinní, ochotní, milí. Bydlíte přímo u nich doma v nepoužívané oddělené části domu. Pro cestovatele, kteří nestojí o anonymní apartmán, naopak rádi poznávají místní zvyky a naturel domácích, je to ideální varianta.

Ubytování je čisté, příjemné. Je stinné, vevnitř trochu tmavší, což byl vítaný oddech po dni na pláži. Vybavení je starší, místy ne zcela funkční - jako na chatě po babičce. Zároveň ale velmi domácké - cítili jsme se tu velice dobře. Dávám tři hvězdičky, aby to nebylo zavádějící a někdo nečekal nové vybavený luxusní apartmán, zároveň ale jedním dechem dodávám, že se sem rádi budeme vracet, byli jsme naprosto spokojeni. Upozornění - k domácím opravdu chodí dost koček, které se rády zatoulají i k vám, rády vlezou i dovnitř. My jsme si jich nevšímali, zevnitř je vyháněli, nebyl žádný problém

Pláž byla čistá a upravená, letovisko letos velmi klidné.

Chování majitelu je na nízké urovni př. dotaz na gril ano máme ale jen pod našim dozorem, s tarší pán byl permanentně opitý na dotaz víno a zeleninu nerozuměli,a všude kočka domácí deset kusu. tak jako hosté musí být hodně nad věcí nekazit si dovolenou. a těch příkladu je spousty.

kvalita ubytování je na nízké urovni , čistota oběktu velice špatná nábytek zničení a z velké části nefukční ,rezavá nefunkční pračka skřínky v kuchyni ulámané panty postele ty byli rady že drželi pohromadě,plesnivý záves ve vaně atd, informace o oběktu a fotografie jse nezakládají na pravdě asi by měli vaši zaměstnanci proveřit co majitele prezentují tím myslím že majitelé po vaší náštěve vše funkční vystehují a nechají tam jen základní věci k užívaní uplně nejhorší byli kočky stále lezli do oběktu. tento oběkt bych nábízel za poloviční cenu a z pravdivím popisem aby zákazník veděl do čeho jde a byl na tyto věci připraven.Prostě ubytování nestojí ani za jednu hvězdu
Location Details
Sumartin
Sumartin is the youngest fishermen's village and ferry port on island Brač. There is the Museum of the monastery of fra Andrija Kacic - Miosic which has worthy paintings (among them especially the early baroque Last Supper/ Posljednja vecera from the second half of the 17th century). The documents written in Bosančica from the period of 1665 - 1755 are valuable, too. The village set in the vicinity of big quarries, used the stone for the paving of lanes, for the dents on the house walls. Near cemetry of Sumartin there are two nice pebble beaches.
Island Brač
The island of Brač is the highest and third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The island is well known for its quality stone used to build many palaces. This is the island with the only stone mason school in Croatia.
