Nám se na Brači moc líbilo! Místo je klidné, zároveň rozmanité co se týče pláží/vstupu do vody - syn si vychutnal skákání a šnorchlování, manžel plavání a výhledy na moře a hory, já kromě báječného osvěžení v mořské vodě i čtení s opalovačkou.

Majitel je velmi sympatický, ochotný a vstřícný, navíc mluví výborně česky, co víc si přát! ...vyzvedl nás u trajektu, doprovodil k ubytování, u kterého byl denně k zastižení, kdyby bylo cokoli třeba. Perfektní, děkujeme!

Záměrně jsme si vybrali ubytování skromné s nízkými náklady - jednu místnost (2+1) v přízemí domu - vše na webu odpovídalo skutečnosti (starší, ale funkční a čisté). Místnost byla poměrně tmavá, protože před vstupem do ní je zastřešení sahající až k zahrádce. Nakonec jsme to shledali jako výhodu, protože do pokoje nešlo přímé slunce a tak se v něm i během dne dalo příjemně spočinout. (Jen pozor na komáry!) Větší apartmány v domě jsou modernější, vdušné a moc pěkně zařízené..

Sumartin se nám moc líbil, našli jsme i pláž, kde skoro nikdo nebyl a to se nám líbilo.;)

Pan majitel je velmi příjemný, rád poradí, pomůže (chtěl nám půjčit i auto, když se to naše rozbilo) a rád si popovídá velmi příjemnou směsí chorvatštiny, češtiny a slovenštiny.;) Na uvítanou jsme si připili ořechovicí a v průběhu nás zásoboval fiky a nabízel i další věci.

Ubytování bylo fajn, bylo tam vše, co jsme potřebovali a vše odpovídalo fotkám na webu. A cena byla neodolatelná.

Menší městečko, krásné pláže, ke konci pobytu více lidnaté, jinak jsme byli spokojeni

Majitel byl vstřícný, nevídali jsme ho často. Jednu věc, na kterou jsme se těšili, bych ale vytkla. Na stránkách byla inzerována ochutnávka: rakija, pršut víno, sýr - ZDARMA, ale nic z toho nám nebylo nabídnuto ani zdarma ani za nějaký obnos. (<em>Pozn. Ubytování čisté, úměrné ceně, nevýhodou jsou komáři, jelikož okna nemají sítě. Oproti popisu na stránkách adriadatabanky nebyla v koupelně pračka a v ložnici chyběly lampičky (<em>Pozn. CK: Prověříme informaci s majitelem a popis upravíme</em>)

letovisko Sumartin je velice pěkné a klidné, což nám vyhovuje, pláže nepřeplněné turisty, čistá voda, téměř na všech plážích pohodový vstup do vody a sprchy

vybavení objektu pro naše vaření dostačující, zařízeno sice starším nábytkem, ale funkčním, pouze v přízemním apartmánu byl problém s komáry

Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a dovolená předčila naše očekávání. Rozdíl mezi informacemi na webu i od Vaší CK nebyl. Díky. V
Location Details
Sumartin
Sumartin is the youngest fishermen's village and ferry port on island Brač. There is the Museum of the monastery of fra Andrija Kacic - Miosic which has worthy paintings (among them especially the early baroque Last Supper/ Posljednja vecera from the second half of the 17th century). The documents written in Bosančica from the period of 1665 - 1755 are valuable, too. The village set in the vicinity of big quarries, used the stone for the paving of lanes, for the dents on the house walls. Near cemetry of Sumartin there are two nice pebble beaches.
Island Brač
The island of Brač is the highest and third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The island is well known for its quality stone used to build many palaces. This is the island with the only stone mason school in Croatia.
