Getting around If travelling by car you can reach Pasman in two ways. From Zagreb direction, take the A1 highway Zadar - Split. You need to get off the road at the exit Zadar 1, and then drive further towards Zadar. When in Zadar reach the ferry port and embark on a ferry that will take you to the island Ugljan (line Zadar-Preko). The ferry ride to Preko takes over 25 minutes, and costs 18kn per person and 103kn for a personal car. After getting off the ferry drive towards Kukljica and continue going along the main road until reaching a bridge that connects the island of Ugljan with Pasman. If you\'re driving from the direction of Split, take the A1, direction Zadar-Sibenik. Exit the highway near Biograd and drive to the city port and board a ferry to Pasman (lines Biograd-Tkon). Ferry ride to Tkon will take about 20 min of your time, and the price is 14kn per person and 80kn if you have a car. Throughout the island of Pasman a main road extends and leads from the north of the island, where Pasman is connected with Ugljan by a bridge, to the south ending in Tkon. Length of the road from Zdrelac to Tkon is 16.75km. There are no gas stations on the island, so it is recommended to fill the car before your arrival in Zadar or Biograd. If you are arriving by plane, the closest airport is in Zemunik that is 10-15min of driving away from Zadar. If you are flying to Trogir (Split airport), then you need to rent a car, taxi or use one of the local bus lines until Biograd (around 110 km). If you like travelling by rail you will be pleased to hear that Zadar and Biograd are connected by railways, through Knin, with all major European cities. If you wish to use rent-a-car services you can do so in Zadar and Biograd since the service is not available on the island.
