Apartmány Mimi – Sumartin Krásné malé městečko se vším, co k pobytu potřebujete. Malý supermarket s potravinami, několik restaurací, prodej čerstvých ryb pár minut pěšky od apartmánu (tam jsme chodili každou chvíli). Na nejbližší pláž přímo u přístavu jsme nechodili, je exponovaná přímo pod hlavní silnicí, chodili jsme raději dále na malou plážičku (spíše vstup do vody mezi jinak skalnatým pobřežím) na severní straně města. (ale hlavně jsme se koupali jinde v rámci našich výletů po ostrově) Jinak na Brači celkově je mnoho míst, kam si naplánovat hezký celodenní výlet, zdaleka jsme vše nestihli…

Majitelé jsou velmi přátelští starší manželé, neměli problém ani s naším pozdním příjezdem, když jsme se nevešli na zamýšlený trajekt, na terasu nám několikrát přinesli zeleninu ze zahrádky, domácí víno, olej, mušle a schránky na památku pro děti

Apartmán byl pohodlný a prostorný, díky umístění v přízemí ani ne příliš vyhřátý. Dobře vybavená kuchyně, která nás nijak neomezovala v přípravě jídel hlavně z kupovaných ryb a dalších mořských živočichů. Dostatek místa ve skříních na uložení všech našich mnoha věcí, 2x WC, na terase velké sušáky na ručníky a velký stůl, kde jsme většinou jedli. Kvalitní i připojení k internetu přes WiFi. Celkově bylo ubytování zde velmi příjemné. Podle toho, co je uvedeno na webu, splnil apartmán naše očekávání.

Přesně to, co jsme hledali - klid a čisté moře. Možná trochu rušivý byl kostel, který je velmi blízko a zvony jsou dost slyšet, ale zase je z apartmánu na něj hezký výhled, takže v pohodě.

Majitelé jsou starší manželský pár, Perina a Miro. Jsou velmi přátelští, přitom však nijak nenarušují soukromí. Navíc nám sami nabídli dobroty ze svojí zahrádky a domácí víno, takže jsme díky nim ochutnali místní produkty.

Location Details
Sumartin
Sumartin is the youngest fishermen's village and ferry port on island Brač. There is the Museum of the monastery of fra Andrija Kacic - Miosic which has worthy paintings (among them especially the early baroque Last Supper/ Posljednja vecera from the second half of the 17th century). The documents written in Bosančica from the period of 1665 - 1755 are valuable, too. The village set in the vicinity of big quarries, used the stone for the paving of lanes, for the dents on the house walls. Near cemetry of Sumartin there are two nice pebble beaches.
Island Brač
The island of Brač is the highest and third largest island in the Adriatic Sea. The island is well known for its quality stone used to build many palaces. This is the island with the only stone mason school in Croatia.
